Return Policy
At Jawline Care, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products. Customers may request a return or exchange if the product arrives damaged or different from its description, within 48 hours of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete original packaging.
Used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the issue is not due to our error. If a defect or mistake from our side is confirmed, the customer will be compensated or the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
